Happy Valentines Day Everyone!
Even if you don’t celebrate Valentine’s day, we hope that everyone is having an uneventful day. We have had a few questions on when the next VIN etching is and in speaking with our Auto Theft folks, they are currently working on the schedule to start in Spring, so make sure to watch our calendars for those events to come up. Thank you to all who came out to the NE CPC meeting last evening as well.
Please see below for the property crimes that were reported over the past 24 hours in our command. We are starting to see a decrease in our warm up auto thefts. We still continue to see a steady decrease on our auto thefts as well. Auto burglaries are still in the middle as well as residential burglaries. We do encourage you to start new Neighborhood Watch Groups in your community and so far this year in the command, we have established 2 in the past month and have another forming this month. We would love to see more communities come together to help deter crime. Neighborhood Watch is a great way to meet your neighbors and watch out for each other.
